How can I order?
• You can order safely, through our website , Facebook , Instagram , email - firstname.lastname@example.org - or mobile phone - +351 966 952 642.
• On the website, after choosing the products and adding them to the cart, fill in your details, shipping address (may be different from your customer's address), shipping and payment method.
• If you want an invoice with the taxpayer number, just send us an email indicating the number of your order and the respective taxpayer.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code for it.
We have several, choose the one that is most comfortable for you:
• Mbway - it is mandatory to indicate the mobile phone number from which you will make the payment;
• Paypal - by clicking on this option, you will be directed to the Paypal platform, making the payment there directly;
• ATM reference - you will receive in your email the data to make the payment (entity, reference and value) and you can pay at a ATM or through your bank application; the reference is valid for 5 days;
• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) - fill in the details of the card you intend to use (card number, validity and security code (CVV)).
What are the shipping methods?
Shipments to Portugal have a maximum period of 7 days.
• Portugal - CTT:2 €, 3 € or 5 € (depends on weight)
• Normal shipping - CTT:6 € or 10 € (depends on weight)
• Fast Shipping - NACEX:15 €
• Outside Europe - CTT:10 €
Do you pass invoice with taxpayer?
Yes, just send us an email indicating your order number and the taxpayer data you want.
How long does it take to arrive?
• Orders for Portugal have a maximum of 7 days for delivery, however, if any of your items are not ready to ship, we wait until the order is complete to make the shipment.
• Outside of Portugal, we are not even able to specify the time as it depends on the post office in your area of residence.
• For all purposes, when your order is shipped, you receive an email with the tracking code and the link to follow it.
• If for some reason you think your order should have arrived, send us an email and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Can I customize an item?
Yes of course! Most of our articles are customizable, that is, they can be modified to the customer's taste, measure or need.
If you are interested in an item available in our store that you want to customize, contact us.
Can I exchange or return my item?
For a return to be accepted, the following points must be respected:
• The product must not have been used or opened;
• The product must be sealed in its original packaging, which must include the protective plastic (if any)
• You must ensure that the product is accompanied by all components:samples and offers, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions (if the product to be returned was associated with a promotional campaign or if the purchase allowed you to win an offer product, the customer must return the product along with the offer);
• Any problems related to the content of products purchased on our website, after opening and using them, must be reported directly to the brand/manufacturer.
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work or other), but never in PO boxes .
Can I track my order?
• Yes, when the order is sent you receive an email with the tracking code and the link where you should look for the order.
What happens if my order goes back?
• If the address is wrong, or the time spent collecting it at the post office and you want us to resend it, you will have to pay the postage again.
How can I change or cancel an order even if I have already paid for it?
• First make sure that we have not yet sent you the confirmation email for sending your order, if we have not yet sent it contact us via email - email@example.com - or mobile phone - +351 966 952 642.
• Important: always tell us your order number so that we can access it as quickly and assertively as possible.
